Sweet mercy.
Today I'm starting Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred.
I'm starting this journey with a group of other bloggers, hosted by Jackie at A Step At A Time. She has already completed Level 1 of this program and her before and after pictures are amazing.
I don't want to talk too much about it right now because I don't have a great track record with these things, and I really, really, really don't want to fail at this.
But just so you know, I'm scared I will.
So, there it is. Wish me luck. I'm gonna need it.
Good luck with it! I've done the shred and probably will again. It does get easier!

ReplyDeleteFirst off...tell yourself you WILL do it! Then take it one day at a time. When you have a day where you are telling yourself you just don't feel like it, do it anyway. Just remember it is very small time frame out of your entire life. You are worth the time and energy you will invest! I know you can do it.

You can do it!! I'm starting tomorrow. I did a little today but had some complications so I am starting over new tomorrow. I'm having trouble with motivation. We can do this together! =)
