And by hot I mean boiling. Not to be confused with hawt which is what I am in my own mind.
Something is wrong with our air conditioner and it's hot in my house.
Hot Kate - air conditioning = 1 crabasaurus.
It's 28 today, or 82 for my American friends. Tomorrow it's going to be 86.
I've always wondered if one could truly fry an egg on the sidewalk on a hot day, so I googled it. And yes, yes you can.
I'm tempted to try it because now I want to know how long it takes to fry.
What is the temperature where you are?

Here in Florida it's currently 84 but it feels like 100!
ReplyDeleteIt's suppose to be in the 60's all week. I'm so wishing I was "hot" here!! But I am "hawt" and that's all that matters! ha
ReplyDelete76.5 right now. :) Upstate, NY.
ReplyDeleteWasn't hot enough for the egg anyway...
In the 90's and I LOVE it! :-)
ReplyDeletewah wah wah!!! It's 94 here in the "frozen tundra"!!! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's 67 and sunny here. I love Alaska in the summer :)
ReplyDeletein the mid 70's here which would be perfect if we had some sunshine..rained all day pretty much. No worries sunshine and the mid 80's are returning for the rest of the week. Woot Woot!! I think the frying egg thing would work but I think it would have to be a little more hot than 80's. Let me know if you try ;)
ReplyDeleteWe had upper 90s today! Very HOT!! We have been spending lots of time outside in the water the past couple days.
ReplyDeleteWell, you're HAWT to me ;-p It's like 91ish here! Yikes! But the hottest place I've ever lived with southern Georgia - half the summer was 100 or more! Blech - I'll take heat, but you can have humidity!
ReplyDeleteI'm with Sarah! Cry me a river!
ReplyDeleteWhen I was leaving my son's baseball game, our thermometer in our van read 99.
Nearly 100 freakin' degrees...and it's only May!
Oh, yeah...and we don't have airconditioning...we have fans. And water. And bad tempers.
68 today and I live in California. We're supposed to get rain the rest of the week too. Our weather here is not really the norm for this time of year, but I'm sure we'll be in the 90's before we know it so I'm trying not to complain about the lower tempuratures.
ReplyDeletewah wah wah!!! It's 94 here in the "frozen tundra"!!! :)
