Because I am so excited!
My mom rented a cottage for a week and she leaves tomorrow. I am so happy for her because she hasn't had a vacation in years. She was there for a weekend in June and we joined her there for the day. It made me so happy to see her so content and rested, with some sun on her face.
So here's the I'm so excited part.... she's invited us to come for the weekend!! We're leaving tomorrow as well and will return on Monday.
Don't try to rob my house while we're gone...I have peeps watching out for us everywhere ;-)
I.can't.wait. I haven't vacationed with my mom in almost 14 years and have been wanting to for so, so long. And to go with my whole family is such a blessing.
Tomorrow night we're planning to go and see the fireworks, then we'll sit around the fire and make s'mores. YUM! I might even join in on some Beach Yoga on Saturday morning :-)
I'm sure I'll have lots of pictures to show you.
